Our solution

Emakina's global redevelopment of Talent Manager consisted of three main parts:

• rebuilding a complete new database model (while migrating old data)
• maintaining old ASP/VB applications
• providing a complete new application in PHP for customers to use.

In addition to this technical work, Emakina also built a new information architecture which would raise productivity by optimising ‘calls to action’ and improving the general usability for recruiters.

The new Talent Manager application is flexible and effective. It has achieved several business benefits:

• enhanced usability based on strong incentives to spend more credits, which means increased business and higher profits for the client.
